El Variente provides digital services including branding, marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, sales funnel optimization, and paid advertising. All services are delivered based on the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon in writing prior to project initiation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Responding to communication in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring they have the rights to any materials submitted for use (e.g., logos, images, copy)

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services. El Variente reserves the right to require deposits or milestone-based payments for larger projects.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment
• El Variente retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials
• Any unused concepts, drafts, or preliminary work remain the intellectual property of El Variente

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each service includes a defined number of revisions. Additional changes or scope expansions may be subject to extra charges. All revisions must be requested within the project timeline.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and communications as confidential. We do not share or disclose sensitive data unless required by law or with explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

El Variente is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or reputation resulting from service use
• Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., hosting outages, third-party platform changes)

All services are provided "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work and any applicable cancellation fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
